Nossa História/ Our Story

🇧🇷 SOS Moms nasceu da necessidade de apoiar mães que enfrentam a maternidade sem uma rede de apoio. Criada por Tamara Abreu, nasceu de um profundo amor e compaixão por mães exaustas que precisam de descanso, cuidado e alguém em quem confiar.

Acreditamos que para cuidar de uma vida, precisamos primeiro cuidar de quem cuida dela.

Descansar não é egoísmo. Pedir ajuda não é fraqueza. Toda mãe merece ser cuidada também.

🇺🇸 SOS Moms was born out of the need to support mothers facing motherhood without a support network. Raised by Tamara Abreu, she was born of a deep love and compassion for exhausted mothers who need rest, care and someone to trust.

We believe that to take care of a life, we must first take care of those who take care of it.

Rest is not selfish. Asking for help is not a weakness. Every mother deserves to be cared for too.
